Breakfasts:
paleo breakfast bread
orange-coconut smoothies
eggs & fruit
paleo waffles (from Eat Like a Dinosaur)
coffee, milk
Lunches:
cottage cheese & fruit
salami, cheese, & veggie chips
sherried tomato soup, crunchy primal crackers
fudge babies
Dinners:
nachos/taco salad x2
ground turkey philly cheesesteak skillet
pork, apples, & cabbage in the crock pot (less sugar?) x2
baked asian-style salmon, roasted green beans, sweet potatoes
