Weekly Menu



Good afternoon!
Here's our plan for this week.

Breakfasts:
eggs, kale, salsa
or banana blueberry egg muffins
peaches
coffee w/ creamer

Lunches:
grilled chicken burgers (from Costco)
carrots or veggie chips w/ homemade sour cream ranch
dill pickles
apples w/ sun butter

Kids' snacks:
fruit leather & string cheese
full fat yogurt w/ blueberries

Dinners:
Sunday - leftovers
Monday - crispy carnitas w/ avocado, salsa, cilantro (in a salad bowl or w/ corn tortillas for the kids)
Tuesday - chocolate chili, avocados
Wednesday - pulled pork, BBQ sauce, salad w/ dressing, sweet potatoes
Thursday - grain free pizza
Friday - leftovers
Saturday - tbd
Sunday - grass-fed beef burgers, broccoli, sweet potatoes

Dessert:
frozen grapes

Just 'cause I get some questions: Dairy is not paleo. We eat mostly paleo. That means we sometimes don't eat paleo. Dairy is one of those those non-paleo things we sometimes eat. I don't believe we need it. I used to buy some incredibly delicious raw milk straight from the farm. Now, I treat dairy mostly as a condiment - 100% sour cream - or as a convenience food for my kids - full fat yogurt or cheese.
