Homemade Roasted Red Peppers
I had never used roasted red peppers in a recipe until last week. Now I am hooked. They just add another dimension of flavor!
Since fresh red bell peppers are 77 cents at Hy-Vee this week, I am going to attempt making my own. I'll let you know how they turn out!
