Weekly Menu



I have had a little recovery time this weekend, thank goodness.  So I am feeling a bit better.  Here's our plan for the week...


Breakfasts:
eggs and fruit
grain-free banana muffins (I use the updated version at the end.)

Lunches:
salami, pickles, and chedddar
chicken salad (chicken, almonds, grapes, a little sour cream)
carrots and guacamole
trail mix or fudge babies
apples, oranges, or grapefruit

Dinners:
crock pot roasted chicken, green beans
taco salad x2
shepherd's pie w/ sweet potatoes
"creamy" chicken tomato soup
dinner with family
out to eat
