Weekly Menu



breakfasts:
sausage & sweet potato hash
scrambled eggs
smoothies

lunches:
roast beef/lettuce/tomato roll-ups
-OR- nitrate-free beef hot dogs
dill pickles
olives
carrots & guacamole
pears or apples

dinners:
hawaiian grilled chicken & pineapple (paleofied)*, salad
cobb salad with dressing x2
roasted red pepper meat sauce over zucchini noodles
chicken with 40 cloves of garlic (paleo-fy), roasted green beans or brussels sprouts x2
cookout with friends

dessert:
frozen banana chunks dipped in some melted dark chocolate (and refrozen)

*We tried this marinade a week or two ago and liked it a lot.  I left out the brown sugar and used balsamic in place of apple cider vinegar, and it was great!

I'm going food shopping on Monday this week since I partly have it off.  I'd like to participate in this project if I can get my act/details together.  Looking forward to eating some newish/springish recipes this week.  Have a good one!
