Weekly Menu



breakfasts:
turkey sausage & sweet potato hash
eggs & fruit

lunches:
egg salad
tuna salad
salmon salad
avocados
cream of broccoli soup
crunchy primal crackers
strawberries, pineapple, or bananas

dinners:
We have 3 dinner meetings/parties this week for various activities we are involved in... so being 100% paleo will be more challenging than usual.  My personal goal will be to remain grain-free for those meals. The good news is the main course at each of these things happens to be barbecue.  I know there will definitely be these meats involved: brisket and pulled pork.  Yum!  Dinners I will make this week include...
crock pot roasted chicken
chicken-artichoke tomato soup (a new take on an old recipe - will share this if it is good)
bean-less chili
asian-style salmon

Sides will be sweet potatoes and/or some kind of vegetable (frozen veggies were on sale this week, as well as sweet potatoes!)

desserts:
chocolate-banana-almond butter paleo ice cream (I need to write down some measurements and then share!)
