A very valid point that Jason Seib brings up in The Paleo Coach:
The ONLY reason we eat junky food that is bad for us is to satisfy our own sense of taste. It all comes down to that. Do we really let the single sensation of taste have that much rule over our lives? What about the other 4 remaining senses? Would you trade your entire future of physical and mental health and happiness (and yes, it is that serious) all for the fleeting sensation of brushing a particular fabric with your fingertips or hearing a certain song with your ears? Heck, no. So don't let your sense of taste have that much rule over your life and your future. Taste lasts for a few seconds and then it is gone. Don't trade your health for that. Value the gift of life you have been given. (The fabulous consolation is that your tastebuds will come around eventually and relish the taste of paleo food!) --my summary

Can you tell I learned to type in the 90's? I am trying to quit double spacing after sentences, but it is a hard habit to break... I feel a little claustrophobic! I didn't realize it was so out of date and so many people's pet peeve! Does anyone else have this problem?

Can you also tell I am off work today? I do love my job, though.

"From a procrastination standpoint, today has been wildly successful."  I reorganized my Pinterest boards. I have three paleo boards. One is everything paleo that I see and want to try, another is tips I've already posted here (in the works), and another is a collection of paleo recipes that have been posted from a community of bloggers, myself included. If you have a Pinterest account and would like to follow me, come on over!

If you have no clue about Pinterest but want to join, check out these tutorials on how to get started, how to use Pinterest, and how to organize your stuff. If you don't have time, that's fine, I pick my favorite  recipes and build them into the menu plan eventually anyways!

Now. I seriously am going to go work out. "Nasty girls" crossfit mamas style.

Have a good week!
