This Week

I'm back!  This is where I was...


and I have a rule, I don't take my computer there :)

My husband had to work, but the kids and I traveled anyways.  Do you spend time with your in-laws without your spouse?

Umm, I don't have much of a menu to share.  Well, I have a menu, but it is kind of redundant.  We have quite a few meals that we didn't get to from last week and the hubs didn't eat over the weekend...

I need to buy some bulk items like coconut oil, so I'll take that grocery money I'm not spending on suppers to use for that!

Breakfasts:
eggs, greens
banana muffins (bottom, edited recipe)
coffee, creamer

Lunches:
tuna
tomatoes
turkey
apples
almond butter
carrots
homemade ranch

Dinners:
Tuesday - salsa verde chicken salad, homemade guacamole
Wednesday - chicken parmesan, broccoli
Thursday - skillet supper (one of the cheapest meals I make)
Friday - chocolate chili
Saturday - balsamic drumsticks, peas
Sunday - grain free pizza (load it up with beef and veggies)

Desserts:
frozen banana slices, fudge

The June calendar is filling up - aaaaagh!  I can't look at the whole month at once or my chest gets tight.  I need to just take it one day at a time and enjoy SUMMER.  I like all the seasons, but especially this one!
