Weekly Menu



Breakfasts:
sausage & sweet potato hash
add peppers & onions like a skillet breakfast
maybe some kale, too
add eggs if available
fruit
coffee w/ creamer

Lunches:
grass fed beef burgers
nitrate free hot dogs
fresh vegetables or veggie chips
cashew babies
fruit

Dinners:
Monday - high pockets chicken, salad w/ dressing
Tuesday - greek salad (w/ beef & seasoning)
Wednesday - leftovers
Thursday - creamy crock pot chicken tomato soup
Friday - homemade pizza from Primal Cravings (affiliate link)
Saturday - tbd

This is old but worth reading if you haven't yet: Spread the Strength.
It reminds me of how glad I am that I played sports growing up where performance (heart + skill) were valued over body type.  And that as an athlete, my parents told me these 6 important words.
